THE INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
in the open procedure for public procurement of works
Execution of works on the construction of a Primary school building - a separated department of the Primary  school "Nikola Tesla" in the settlement of Leštane
Public procurement no. 17/18

1.    Name, address, website of the Principal: The City of Belgrade, The City Administration of the City of Belgrade, Secretariat for Education and Child Protection, Kraljice Marije Street no.1, Belgrade, www.beograd.rs.

2.    Type of Principal: local government unit

3.    Type of public procurement procedure: open procedure for public procurement, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement and bylaws regulating public procurement.

4.    Type of the subject of the public procurement: Works-Execution of works on the construction of a Primary school building - a separated department of the elementary school "Nikola Tesla" in the settlement of Leštane.

5.    Contract Award Criteria: The lowest price offered.

6.    Manner of taking over the tender documents, namely website where the tender documents is available: The tender documents may be taken over on the Public Procurement Portal of the Public Procurement Office and on the Public Procurement Portal of the City Belgrade (https://nabavke.beograd.gov.rs) or through the link which will be posted on website: www.beograd.rs.

7.    Manner of bid submission and the deadline: The bids are prepared and submitted in accordance with the Invitation for submission of bids and the Tender documents. The bidders shall submit their bids, either directly or by post, in a closed and sealed envelope or box, to the following address: The City of Belgrade, City Administration of the City of Belgrade Belgrade, Secretariat for Education and Child Protection, Kraljice Marije Street no.1,(writing office,  3rd   floor),  within  20 (twenty) days from the day of published Invitation for submission of bids on the Public Procurement Portal of the Public Procurement Office, until 11.02.2019., at 10,00 AM, with the mark: “ Bid for public procurement no. 17/18 – works-Execution of works on the construction of a Primary school building - a separated department of the Primary school "Nikola Tesla" in the settlement of Leštane- DO NOT OPEN.” 

On the backside of the envelope it is necessary to write correct name of bidder and address. The bid must be closed in such a manner that, at the opening, it is possible unambiguously establish that they are being opened for the first time. In case the bid is submitted by a group of bidders it is necessary to indicate on the envelope that is a group of bidders, and give the names and addresses of all participants in a joint bid.

8.    Place, time and manner of bid opening: Public opening of bids will be conducted  11.02.2019, at 10,30 AM in the premises of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade, Kraljice Marije Street no.1, 11000 Belgrade, 20th floor.

9.    The conditions under which the representatives of the bidders may participate in the bid opening:
All interested person can attend public opening bids, but only authorizes representatives of the bidders who will submit to the Committee its authorization before the opening of the bids, can actively participate. The authorization must be filed by the bidder, stamped and signed by the authorized person of bidder, with a note that it refers to the concerned public procurement.

10.    Deadline for making Decision: The Principal will make Decision within 40(forty) days from the day of public opening of bids.
