The Commission for the selection of the user of the locations for setting bicycle rental stations on the territory of the city of Belgrade

Explanation of the public competition for selection of the users of locations for placement of bicycle rental stations on the territory of the City of Belgrade, in regards to the right of the legal entities to take part in the competition

Several legal entities, local or foreign, may submit a joint application for participation in the competition. In case of submission of the joint application, each of the members of the group in joint application, must individually fulfill the conditions for participation in the competition referred to in item 2, under a), b) and c), while the conditions stated under d) and e) shall be fulfilled jointly. 

In case the application is submitted by a group in a joint application, integral part of the joint application shall be the Agreement on joint participation in the competition, where the members of the group jointly undertake to perform the subject matter of the competition, and it shall contain:

• listing of all members of the group in the joint application;
• designation of a member of the group which will submit the application on behalf of other members of the group and conclude the contract. 

In case of submission of the joint application, the Participant in the competition is under obligation to, along with documentation specified in item 4 of the competition, also submit the Agreement on joint participation in the competition. 

Evidence referred to in item 4, under a), b) and c) is delivered individually by all the members of the group in joint application. 

Evidence/documentation referred to in item 4, under d), e) and f) may be delivered by any of the members of the group in joint application. 

Statements referred to in item 4, under g) and h) are delivered, verified and signed by the member of the group in joint application which, pursuant to the Agreement on joint participation in the competition, was designated to submit the application on behalf of other members of the group. 

Members of the group in joint application jointly fulfill the criteria for ranking of the participants in the competition, as referred to in item 5 of the competition. 

The evidence on fulfillment of the criteria for ranking of the participants referred to in item 7 of the competition may be delivered by each of the members of the group in joint application.
