Public lightening
The City of Belgrade – the City Administration ‒ the Energy Secretariat for years through programs of the public utility company “Javno osvetljenje” Beograd (Public lightening), has been financing and implementing procedures for enhancing installations of public lightening, with application of contemporary technology in this domain, at the territory of 17 city municipalities, in accordance with the provisions of the Statue of the city of Belgrade.
Reporting failures in public lightening installations (breakdowns/ complaints) can be done over the phone. Contact center of the public utility company “Javno osvetljenje” Beograd is at the service of citizens 24 hours every day in a year, and calls can be made at phone no. 0114405100; 0692024000, or via contact page at the website of the public utility company.
Belgrade Call Center (BCC) through unique information center encompasses communication of citizens and the City Administration, public utility companies and other City institutions within the authority of the City Administration.
Through BCC you can raise a question, report an issue or make a suggestion to the relevant secretariats, departments, public utility companies or other subjects within the authority of the City Administration.

Connection to network supply
The procedure of connecting to network supply is not that complex once you have the right information. The procedure of connecting facilities of future customer (consumer) to the electricity distribution network within the consolidated procedure is initiated by the Investor of the facility, by handing in a request for reporting work for the facility which is being built, to the relevant organ through Central evidence of unified procedures (CEOP).
