Access to and usage of the portal beograd.rs is subject to Terms of Use and this Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia that govern this matter.

By accessing and using the portal beograd.rs, that is providing your consent, you unconditionally accept the rules and terms outlined in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

The city of Belgrade undertakes all the available measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Controller

The controller of the personal data collected through the beograd.rs portal is the City of Belgrade, Dragoslava Jovanovića Street No. 2.

Collection and use of user data

All internet users may, without limitations and according to Terms of Use and Personal Data Protection Policy, visit the portal beograd.rs, without providing any personal data.

All information collected at that time is used to enable or facilitate the use of the portal and to prevent any misuse and unlawful activities.

Only anonymized data about the use of the portal is collected from portal visitors (daily number of users, number of pages viewed), as well as the IP address of the device used to access the portal (for the purpose of protecting the portal from cyberattacks and other forms of misuse of the portal and/or its content), and other similar data. This information is used so the portal can be upgraded and to provide the latest and most relevant information.

Collection and purpose of processing personal data

In cases where personal data is requested from the portal visitors, we will also request consent for the processing of such data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, in the form of specific consent (e.g., by checking a box indicating that the user has read and agrees with the Personal Data Protection Policy)

Hereby, we inform you of the process and the purpose of processing personal data.

Personal data for which consent has been given by the person to whom it relates or for which there is a legal basis for processing, are processed for the purpose of providing the services and features that such person has registered for or requested on the beograd.rs portal (for example: delivering service information and information about surveys and/or programs the user has signed up for, responding to submitted inquiries, or providing notifications and additional information on the activities of the City of Belgrade).

For above mentioned purposes, the following personal data is being processed: name and surname, and e-mail address. Other types of personal data can be processed depending on the specific request of the user, for a specific purpose, and with particular consent, which is given during the application for individual services, or based on other grounds set by law.

If you do not want to receive notifications or to be a registered user anymore, you can inform us, which is then considered as revoking consent to process your personal data we obtained for this purpose, and we shall act according to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Protection of and Access to Personal Data

The Controller may engage and authorize other persons as processors in line with applicable regulations.

All personal data that is collected and processed is stored on a server which is under the control of the controller or authorized and engaged processors, and may be accessed only by authorized personnel for data processing and for the purposes mentioned in this policy or for other purposes that the person to whom data is concerned personally gives consent.

Protection of Personal Data, which is stored in above mentioned servers, is secured with the use of modern data protection technology, with encryption and a system of user accounts and passwords for access of authorized personnel, that is, limiting access of non-authorized personnel in accordance with standards in the field of Personal Data Protection.

Personal Data will be processed as long as there is consent of the person to whom the data relates, and any longer than that only if so permitted by Law or any other applicable regulation in the Republic of Serbia.

Content and websites of third-parties

On beograd.rs portal, content of third parties can be uploaded and made available, by embedding content of third parties or links leading to websites/portals of third parties. If you choose to access such content or to visit such website/ portal by clicking the link, you will be sent to the content or the website/ portal of the third party.

Circumstances that such content is available on the beograd.rs portal or that there exists a link with the website/portal of a third party, do not represent consent, authorization or connection with said third parties, nor does it represent consent or warranty for their policies and rules of personal data protection and data security. The City of Belgrade does not attain or perform any control over the content or websites of third parties.
